Conditions of Entry

All fundraising events must be self-funding and the Mater Foundation will not be held responsible for any costs incurred for such events.

Money can be raised in any legal way e.g. raffles, car washes, fashion parades etc. All events must be organised by the entrant and approval must be sought from the Mater Foundation before undertaking any fundraising activities.

There is no minimum amount to be raised to be a Mater Fundraising Challenge entrant. All money raised becomes the property of the Mater Foundation. All rewards donated to entrants for fundraising remain the property of the Mater Foundation.

Banking must be done regularly using only the special deposit forms provided by the Mater Foundation. All monies must be banked by 15th November. Money banked after this deadline may not be included in your final fundraising tally, possibly affecting your eligibility for rewards.

The highest fundraiser will receive a special reward plus their incentive reward.

The Mater Foundation reserves the right to refuse or withdraw registration of any person.

The Mater Foundation, at its discretion, may vary or alter the rewards or conditions governing the Mater Fundraising Challenge if, in its opinion, it becomes necessary.
