Thank you dinner celebration
Each December the Mater Foundation holds a thank you dinner, and all challengers are invited in recognition of their commitment. It’s a great opportunity for you to meet fellow Challengers and exchange fundraising ideas and experiences. For those of you not based in Brisbane, we will bring dinner to you, or you to the dinner.
Research grant naming
In 2010, the highest fundraiser in each category—company, family, school team and individual—where fundraising exceeds $5000 will be named on a research grant for 2011.
Additionally, challengers who are not the highest fundraiser in their category but who exceed $25 000 in fundraising will also be named on a research grant for 2011.
Shopping voucher prizes
We recognise our Mater challengers with thank you gifts of shopping vouchers. Your final fundraising total determines which prize you are eligible for according to the table below.
You can use your prize to generate additional fundraising income, reward your supporters, donate to your favourite part of the hospital, or to simply spoil yourself!
