Why do we have the Easter Appeal?
The Easter Appeal raises funds that are critical to saving the lives of babies and children hailing from all areas of Queensland and northern New South Wales.
This Easter it’s easy to help sick babies and children by being a real life superhero and purchasing a fun superhero-themed Miracle MaX plush toy, a superhero mask, a themed pen, nail file and enter our colouring competition. Or you can make a direct donation to Mater Little Miracles.
Walk to make miracles happen
Bring all the family to the Mater Little Miracles 5k walk. These great family fun days are taking place at convenient locations throughout Queensland from March to July.
Pre-registration: $15 per person, $25 per family (max 5). $10 per additional family member.
Team entry: $10 per person

You will be helping:
- The 2000 premature and seriously ill babies who rely on Mater for specialised care each year
- To support the 9000 surgeries that are performed on children at Mater. On average that's one operation every hour.
- To provide the best care to more than 200 000 mothers, babies and children (from all parts of Queensland) who will be cared for at Mater this year.
