The Mater Mothers’ Hospital has been caring for the community for almost half a century. More than 10,000 babies are delivered by the Mater’s specialist staff each year and there are over 2,000 neonatal admissions.
Mothers and babies from across Queensland, New South Wales and the Pacific region come to the Mater for life-saving treatment, specialist care for severe complications in pregnancy, as well as newborn disorders.
