Miriam and Robert Moreton were no different to any other parents who want the best for their child. So, when Miriam was airlifted from Gladstone to Mater Mothers’ Hospital in Brisbane at 26 weeks gestation with complications, she was comforted to know that her son Sterling, now 18 months, would be receiving the very best of care.
Following their experience at Mater, Robert and Miriam have chosen a powerful way to help others who may urgently need specialist care and treatment in the future—they have decided to make a gift to Mater Foundation in their Will. As a young, caring and forward-thinking couple, they are happy to know that in the future this will help many people to receive the kind of care that they and Sterling experienced—they are very satisfied to use their resources in such a meaningful way.
