This February join Queensland Reds player Beau Robinson in giving up alcohol for FebFast and helping Mater’s Adolescent Drug and Alcohol Withdrawal Service (ADAWS).

Santa and his elves delivered some early Christmas cheer and presents to over 100 sick kids at Mater Children’s Hospital on December 20. The kids were all smiles opening their presents which included Lego, Dora and other toys for the kids to play with over Christmas.

There were smiles all round on Saturday 26 November, when local couple Robert and Sandra Cross purchased their four-bedroom, double storey dream home at North Lakes just 30 minutes north of Brisbane’s CBD.

The fourth House for Life which will be auctioned on Saturday 26 November 2011, is located at 7 Lytham Circuit, North Lakes and will be excellent value for the successful bidder.

Lauren was not quite six weeks old when she had her first heart attack. She was dead for five and a half minutes and was given life-saving CPR by her dad Brad. Lauren has had more operations at Mater Children’s Hospital than Christmas days.
