Mater Health Services CEO Dr John O’Donnell and Deputy Premier The Hon Paul Lucas MP at the opening of the new purpose-built Adolescent Drug and Alcohol Withdrawal Service (ADAWS) on Thursday 29 July. ADAWS is a Queensland wide service for 13 to 18 year olds offering an 11 day residential program for substance withdrawal and post-detox day programs for 13 to 21 year olds.
