  • Have pre approval to allow you to sign the unconditional contract or bid on the day?
  • Have a 10% deposit or pre-negotiated deposit to put down, if you are the successful bidder on the auction day?
  • Have a checklist of all you require before purchasing such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, garages, living areas?
  • Know that the property meets all of the sustainability requirements?
  • Know if the property is near to transport, schools, shopping precincts, parklands, sporting grounds and all of the criteria that will meet your lifestyle requirements?

Have you:

  • Spoken to your mortgage broker about your borrowing capacity?
  • Arranged a meeting with your broker to gain pre-approval from the bank before bidding on the day?
  • Come to view an open home and talked to the onsite agent?
  • Received a copy of the contract of sale to take to the bank?

Did you know:
