Deliveries, exchanges and returns

Mater Foundation Merchandise Sales Policy

With every purchase from Mater Foundation you’re helping make a positive impact on countless lives, by supporting health, education and research projects happening right now at Mater. All profits from merchandise sales go towards helping people of all ages, every day, to live better lives—from seriously ill babies who are born prematurely, through to the elderly. For that, we cannot thank you enough. 

Deliveries

Postage charges are dependent on the overall size of the package:

Size of package Postage charge Example of shop items
Small $10.00 Pens, key rings, water bottles, clothes, nappy balm
Medium $12.00 Mosituriser 500 mL, Body wash 500 mL, Golf umbrella
Large $15.00 Carton of nappies

 

The postage charge for purchases of multiple items from across Mater Foundation’s shop categories, will default to that of the largest category.

All orders will be delivered by Australia Post or courier depending on availability. Please allow at least fourteen working days for delivery within Australia.

International sales

Mater Foundation’s online shop is unable at this time to accept overseas purchases.

Exchange and returns

Please choose carefully when selecting nappies, body wash, balms and moisturisers as there is no exchange on these items due to health reasons. 

In the instance that another product has been purchased online, or over the phone, you are entitled to an exchange within 30 days provided you have your original proof of purchase, the packaging seal remains unbroken and the product is in original selling condition.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong decisions.

Faulty items or those damaged during delivery can be exchanged for the same item. To do this please retain your receipt for proof of purchase, download the return and exchange form and return the faulty item/s postage free to:

Please note, once we receive the item it can take up to ten to fourteen working days for us to process and complete the exchange and post your new item to you.
