Support programs for women affected by breast cancer

Mater Chicks in Pink and the Mater Private Breast Cancer Centre are own taking booking for their free support programs for women who have been through, or are going through breast cancer treatment.

The diverse range of courses includes the Healthy Women’s Exercise program, a Mothers’ Group, Yoga Classes, as well as general Lifestyle and Wellbeing programs.

These free programs aim to provide support, education and inspiration to women to help with coping strategies during and post breast cancer treatment.   

Leading psychologists, nutritionists and physiotherapists in the field of oncology will host the courses which run over a period of six weeks with programs starting late September.

The Mater Private Breast Cancer Centre is currently taking booking for the programs.  Programs are strictly limited so interested women are encourage to book early to avoid disappointment. Click here for further information or to make a booking.

This program is open to women who have experienced the breast cancer journey (participants do not need to have undergone treatment at Mater).
