Costco staff share why raising funds for Mater Little Miracles is so important

Costco have raised more than $400,000 for Mater Little Miracles with their annual fundraising campaign—which is incredible!

With their campaign kicking off in-store today, Costco teams will be collecting donations for Mater Little Miracles by selling tokens during September—we are excited to see what they can achieve together this year.

We were lucky to catch up with a couple of the Costco superstar fundraisers and they shared why fundraising for Mater Little Miracles is so important to them.

Why is raising funds for Mater Little Miracles important to you?
Saving little babies would be one of the most important things to me. The loss of a newborn or ill child is horrific their families. The money raised will make a difference to all involved. The hospital needs funds to keep equipment, research and education up to date.

How many years have you worked on the token campaign?
I started working with Costco in February 2014. I have been proudly championing the Mater Little Miracles token campaign since we started in 2015.

Why is raising funds for Mater Little Miracles important to you?
I am passionate and always have been about all fundraising. But the work that Mater does is truly remarkable, not just for babies but for the families also.

How many years have you worked on the token campaign?
I have been raising funds for Mater Little Miracles for two going on three years.

We’d like to thank the Costco teams and their customers for their ongoing support and wish them luck in their fundraising this month.
