You make milestones possible
At one month of age most babies are reaching their developmental milestones and responding to sounds, staring at faces, turning their heads to light and seeing black and white patterns.
By one month of age, most new babies are at home.
This was not the case for Sarah-Jayne and Michael, parents of premature baby Eadie.
Eadie is one of the 2000 premature and seriously ill babies cared for at Mater each year. She was born 10 weeks early and was therefore not physically able to meet any of her early developmental milestones. She was too young and too underdeveloped to even breathe for herself.
Will you give a gift to support life-changing research that impacts the lives of babies like Eadie?
Your generous support will help more babies like Eadie get home sooner.
