It is with great pleasure, we acknowledge the contribution of Lorilie Cunningham who has been named a Mater Foundation Community Hero.

In October, Lorilie Cunningham along with Louenhide and Bonita Collective hosted a beautiful garden party at Hanworth House to support Breast Cancer Awareness month and raise a glass to the brave women suffering from breast cancer.

The event launched the Bonita Collective and Louenhide's Chicks in Pink collections, designed as a tribute to all women (and their families) affected by breast cancer. Inspired by Lorilie who was diagnosed with breast cancer in late 2021 and is the 'Sheroes' cover girl for the collection. It aims to convey a sense of hope, strength, sisterhood and the victory of spirit over flesh.

The proceeds from every sale from the ‘Sheroes’ collection is donated to Mater Chicks in Pink for ongoing research and support. The collection includes a silk shirt and headscarf and soft cotton pyjamas; beautiful and uplifting pieces that can be worn during treatment, in recovery from and in support of the incredible 'Sheroes' battling the disease. It is the designers hope that whenever these pieces are worn, they imbue positivity, light and strength to all those affected.

With raffles, champagne, Bonita x Louenhide Chicks in Pink Runway Show and entertainment by Daryl Murphy, it was a day to be remembered. Bonita Collective and Louenhide's Chicks in Pink collections
