Megan Kair

Megan has worked with private, public and non-profit organisations here in Australia and abroad for over 20 years. Based between the Middle East and Europe for 10 years Megan returned home to establish a successful career that has transformed the role of development in Organisations such as Griffith University, Queensland Performing Arts Centre and Opera Queensland. Megan is passionate about the impact philanthropy and corporate partnerships can have on creating a sustainable future for the health, arts and education sectors.

Megan has built an exceptional community of philanthropic supporters, corporate partners and Foundations across her career which has proven to have a multiplying effect on driving world class research, giving greater access to the Arts and transforming lives through the power of education.

Megan is responsible for the development and management of Mater Foundation’s philanthropy team and programs, including major gifts, bequests, Trusts and Foundations, and internal philanthropic engagement.
